The policy, in one paragraph
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund of your InnerAtlas reading. We do not ask why. Email support@inneratlas.io from the address you used to purchase, include your order ID or the email receipt from Stripe, and we will refund you within 5 business days to the original payment method.
After 7 days
We consider refunds on a case-by-case basis after the 7-day window in the following situations:
— Technical fault that prevented you from accessing your reading. — Duplicate charge due to a payment error. — Unauthorised charge (we will also help you report this to Stripe).
Statutory rights
This policy is offered on top of the statutory rights EU consumers have under the Consumer Rights Directive. Because InnerAtlas is a digital product delivered immediately with your consent, the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not automatically apply — but our 7-day policy gives you similar protection in a clearer form. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your country.
