These are the terms under which VIBOA UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (trading as InnerAtlas) provides you with a personality reading. By using the service, you agree to them. They are written to be readable. If anything is unclear, email hello@inneratlas.io.
1. What we sell
InnerAtlas sells a one-time digital personality reading. You provide your birth data, we generate a reading, and you can read it on the web and download it as a PDF. There is no subscription. You pay once and the reading is yours.
A free preview (~1,000 words) is available without payment. The full reading (~13,500 words, fifteen sections) costs €29.
2. For self-reflection only
InnerAtlas readings are written for self-reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are dealing with a mental health concern, a legal question, a medical decision, or a significant financial choice, please talk to a qualified professional. A reading is a mirror, not a map.
3. Authored by AI
Readings are authored by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude model), guided by our prompt design and editorial oversight. We do not claim supernatural, divinatory, or predictive accuracy. We believe the readings are insightful; we do not claim they are infallible. The language we use is behavioural psychology, not fortune-telling.
4. Your licence
When you purchase a reading, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it, save it, and share excerpts with friends. You may not resell the reading, republish it as your own work, or use it to train another AI model. You may quote from it freely in personal contexts.
5. Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for digital readings. Details on how to request a refund are at /refunds. After 7 days, refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances (technical fault, duplicate charge).
6. Access
You do not need an account to get a reading. No accounts are created — access to your reading is via the signed unlock link delivered to your email after purchase. The link works on any device and stays valid for 30 days; after that, the permanent link in your confirmation email re-opens your reading at any time.
If you lose access to your reading link, email support@inneratlas.io with your order ID and we will re-send it. There is no password to keep or recover.
7. Acceptable use
Do not enter birth data for someone else without their knowledge. Do not use InnerAtlas to harass anyone or to make decisions about others (hiring, relationships, judgement of strangers). Do not attempt to extract the underlying prompts, circumvent paywalls, or scrape the service.
8. Intellectual property
The InnerAtlas name, design, prompt architecture, and software belong to us. The reading content generated for you is yours to use personally under the licence in Section 4. Screenshots and excerpts you share are encouraged.
9. Warranties and liability
We provide the service "as is". We do not warrant that readings will be error-free, that insights will be accurate to your lived experience, or that the service will always be available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (for most users, €29). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. None of this limits liability for gross negligence, intent, or statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
10. Changes to the service
We may update features, adjust prices for future purchases, or retire parts of the product. Readings you have already purchased remain accessible. If we make a material change to these terms, we will notify registered users by email.
11. Termination
You can stop using InnerAtlas at any time. You can delete your account by emailing privacy@inneratlas.io. We can suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Hannover, Germany, to the extent permitted by law (mandatory consumer venue rules remain unaffected). If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protections of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
